FilmUGC (“we”, “us”) is operated by Chadmog Aura Labs LLC. This page describes how we handle information when you use filmugc.com, start a pilot, or book a scoping call.

What we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, email, company, app name).
• Footage, briefs, and brand assets you upload for production.
• Payment details processed by our payment provider (Stripe when live) — we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic site usage data if analytics are enabled on a future deploy.

How we use it

• To deliver video batches and communicate about your project.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To improve the service — never to train public generative models on your footage without separate written consent.

Sharing

We use processors for hosting, email, payments, and scheduling. We do not sell personal information. We may show your work as a case study only with your permission.
