By buying a pilot or engaging Ongoing work from FilmUGC (Chadmog Aura Labs LLC), you agree to these terms.
The pilot
The $199 pilot is a one-time batch of finished 9:16 videos as described at checkout. Delivery timing is seven days from the day your footage and brief land, not from the day you pay. One re-cut pass is included. If after that re-cut the batch is still not postable for craft or fit reasons, we refund in full. The guarantee does not cover view counts, CPI, or ad performance.
Ongoing work
Monthly volume, cadence, and price are scoped in writing after a call. Either party may cancel before the next billing period with notice as agreed in that scope. No long-term contract is required unless we both sign one.
Ownership
On delivery and payment, you own the finished videos for commercial use, including paid ads, with no license period or usage caps. We will not publish your work as our own without permission.
Your materials
You confirm you have the rights to footage, music, trademarks, and claims you provide, and that claims we are asked to make are legally allowed in your category.
